Fawn Reader is an RSS and reading app that helps you follow feeds, read articles, organize subscriptions, save bookmarks, create highlights, and discover stories from sources you choose.
You are responsible for the feeds, websites, and content sources you subscribe to or access through the app.
Articles, feeds, images, and other content fetched through Fawn Reader remain the property of their respective publishers, authors, or rights holders.
Fawn Reader does not claim ownership over third-party content that it helps you access, read, organize, bookmark, or highlight. You are responsible for respecting the rights and terms of the publishers and websites you follow.
Fawn Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features in Fawn Reader, including unlimited highlights and Discover+ features.
Subscription options, durations, prices, trials, offers, and availability are shown in the app before purchase and are managed through Apple's App Store.
Fawn Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
If you purchase a Fawn Plus subscription:
Fawn Reader does not process payment card information directly.
Premium features may evolve over time. We may add, remove, rename, or modify features as the app develops, provided that active subscribers continue to receive access to the paid service offered through Fawn Plus during their subscription period.
Some features may depend on device capabilities, operating system version, iCloud availability, network availability, or data available from your feeds.
Fawn Reader may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to sync supported app data between your Apple devices. Sync availability and behavior may depend on your Apple ID, iCloud settings, network connection, storage availability, and Apple's services.
Fawn Reader supports OPML import and export for feed portability. You are responsible for the files you import and for ensuring that you have the right to use any feeds or content referenced by those files.
You agree not to misuse Fawn Reader, including by:
Fawn Reader is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every feed, website, device, or operating system version.
Feeds and websites are controlled by their respective publishers and may change, break, restrict access, or stop working at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fawn Reader and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use as Fawn Reader evolves. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
